By accessing or using the website lilhaeducationcentre.in, registering for offline classroom coaching at our Varanasi campuses, or accessing our online student portals/LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations in India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

school2. Course Enrollment & Admission Eligibility

Admission to CA, CS, CMA, ACCA, CUET, and Class 11/12 Commerce batches at Lilha Education Centre is subject to seat availability, eligibility verification, and payment of prescribed fees:

• Students must provide authentic academic credentials and personal details during enrollment.
• Admissions are non-transferable. A student registered for a course cannot transfer their registration or student ID to another individual.
• Lilha Education Centre reserves the right to cancel enrollment if any submitted information is found to be fraudulent or misleading.

All educational content provided by Lilha Education Centre — including printed study modules, class notes, mock test papers, video lectures, online portal materials, and branding logos — are the exclusive intellectual property of Lilha Education Centre.

We maintain a professional, respectful, and safe learning environment across all campuses (Lahurabir, Sigra, Bhojubeer) and digital channels. Enrolled students are expected to adhere to the following discipline:

• Attendance & ID Cards: Students must carry their valid LEC student identity card to access classes and mock test series.
• Decorum: Disruptive behavior, harassment, vandalism of campus property, or misconduct towards faculty, staff, or fellow students will lead to immediate suspension or expulsion without fee refund.
• Digital Conduct: Posting defamatory remarks, hate speech, or spam on LEC online forums or social media handles is strictly prohibited.

payments5. Fee Payments & Installments

Course fees must be deposited strictly according to the agreed payment schedule (lump-sum or approved installments) at the time of admission:

• Late payment of fee installments beyond the due date may attract a nominal administrative late fee.
• Services such as class attendance, library access, and mock test evaluations may be temporarily paused for default in installment payments until cleared.

While Lilha Education Centre provides top-tier faculty, exhaustive curriculum coverage, and mock test preparation with a track record of top rankers, final academic exam results (ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, ACCA, NTA) depend on individual student dedication, attendance, and exam performance. LEC does not warrant or guarantee absolute passing or specific ranks.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to Lilha Education Centre services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
