brain cells and interrupt a person’s sleep - Stop making future plans like marriage, party, or tour after exams because your mind will start
fantasizing about these stuff and you will start day dreaming to get rid of your current exam

Everything will go well!! - Do not ask your friend ,most common question every student ask to their friend i;e how
much have you finished studying?
We have all done this ,but I will tell you why not to ask your friend this question
So let’s assume your friend has finished 5 chapter and you have finished only 2 chapter, so that
vary moment tension sets it and you start getting negative thoughts in your head about low
grades, low marks ,your admission, your future and then you try rushing through all the chapter
to reach your friend face . Don’t compare your study with any of your friends. - Do not change your timetable at the last moment if you have to study 5 hr a day then you
have to study get some determination to achieve that goal .
At last - Revise ! Revise ! Revise!
Keep revising everything
If you have left any chapter as an option to do at last then dont try to cover that chapter before a
day of examination, focus more on revising.
